Wates Development

UPDATE

Wates Development is bringing forward outline plans for around 280 new homes on land at Deeping Road in Baston, known as ‘Baston Green’.

They have commenced public consultation with the villagers and following representation by residents have agreed to extend the consultation date until the 16th February 2026.
We would encourage all residents to make their views known through completion of the Wates feedback form or via www.wates-bastongreen.co.uk if you would prefer to complete on-line.
